This is a great San Diego distillery to check out, especially for some after work drinks. Not a huge facility, but they do the best with what they have. You can get a few different cocktails made of their products and you can snag bottles of their stuff. There’s a great place to sit down, some tables, but really a small spot so don’t plan a big group meeting!
The whiskey was good, though I mainly had it in cocktails. I did snag some vodka and gin to take home as it’s always nice having some local stuff for homemade drinks when I have friends over.
Definitely check this place out next time you’re in town. You can’t but help feel the passion behind everything that’s going on.
