This one threw me for a loop, but really cool experience. If you’re into craft distilling, you have to come check this place out. They have set up a place for multiple distillers to come and use the same equipment, but brew their own stuff. So there are a ton of different varieties of vodkas and rums.
I got to hang with Sam of Misadventure Vodka. These guys are taking old bread and turning it into vodka. Crazy idea, but really cool. It’s in an effort to be sustainable and it’s a really great idea. The vodka was actually really good! Sweeter than I would have usually thought.
So this place is a must check out, but you’ll probably find a very different experience every time since there are so many trying their hand at the awesomeness that is craft distilling.
