This was a fun find. As we walked into the place a man was holding the door open (for someone leaving) and we started chatting. Turns out he owns the place! Love when I get to chat with the owner, the stories are always amazing. This guy was no different.
After a quick tour (not a big place) we sat down for some tastings. You can tell this place makes its spirits to then make its cocktails. They have a great selection of mixed drinks and take a lot of pride in making them. I tried a few of the gins and vodkas as well. I would watch out for this distillery to come out with some good aged stuff in a few years. They have been brewing for a bit, but you can tell there’s some good stuff in the back room that is going to be epic.
You should check this place out – great for after work drinks!
